At Drew, we’ve designed a high school experience to make students the best possible learners they can be. How? By intentionally doing a lot of things differently.
We engage each student in a process of intellectual discovery to develop an individual voice, the confidence to express it, and the empathy to understand its impact.
Put it all together and you get something pretty unique. A culture that removes barriers to learning, boosts confidence, and encourages exploration. A school where you can come as you are, and become who you want to be.

A private, nonsectarian, coeducational college preparatory school serving grades 9–12 where teenagers’ questions, self-expression, and high ambitions are respected, supported, and at the center of the experience.
Drew’s rigorous, hands-on, college-prep curriculum is about more than mastering material. It shapes the kind of thinker, creator, communicator, and human who’s ready to thrive in college and lead in life. Our experiential education model means that every semester includes hands-on work off campus. Whether you're conducting fieldwork, exploring an entirely new craft, or immersing yourself in a new culture, you’ll turn ideas into action and knowledge into real-world experience.
We sweat. We do victory dances. We thrive. And you can’t compete with the growth we experience as part of Drew’s athletic program.
We have over 20 junior varsity and varsity athletics teams, ranging from soccer and football to swimming and badminton.
Student visits are designed by students for students. Visits will include time in a class and an opportunity to get a real sense of the culture, community, and campus at Drew through a tour. All visits are from 8:50-10:45 a.m.
We invite parents/guardians to spend some time on campus during the school day to get to know Drew by hearing from program leaders who bring our mission to life every day.

The Arts at Drew are part of our core curriculum. In our arts programs, students work across media — from music and sculpture to photography and improv, in order to explore ideas, experiment with materials, and share stories that matter. They learn how artistic choices shape meaning, and how to use their creative voices with purpose and confidence. Gallery shows, screenings, performances, and pop-up exhibits throughout the year let students’ work shine and celebrate creativity in all its forms.
Whether you’ve already found your big passion in life, or you’re still looking for it — we’ve got you. Through advisory, clubs, affinity groups, and leadership opportunities, you’ll have tons of chances to build relationships, receive meaningful mentorship, and, perhaps most importantly, have a lot of fun. We are lucky to have a tight-knit community of students, alumni, faculty, and parents that supports us and each other.

Did you miss Drew's Open House opportunities earlier in the season, or feel like you would benefit from a second look at the school during the school day? Join us for a family tour. We will visit key areas of the school during the school day to get a sense of place, space, and culture. This event is for parents/guardians and students applying for admission for Fall 2026.
